We manufacture new and rebuild parts on the following designs:

We also offer the Reinsulate option for the Cap and Cone mica v-ring commutators with the highest quality, and getting our costumers a savings of up to 60% less cost than a new one. For the Reinsulate option we will need to have your commutator at our factory to inspect the state of the copper,as it must have still enough Life and have the proper hardness..
Quality of materials
We use a copper alloy with silver thats specialized for this application, that allows the commutator a normal operation and adequate life in the highly difficult conditions of their operation. In addition, we use mica of the highest quality available on the market to achieve a perfect Assembly with high stability and durability.
Spin Seasoning
The Spin seasoning offers the assurance of greater stability and decreases to zero the chances of moving bars on the Commutator. Our company has an original spin seasoning equipment for any type of Commutator that is required by the customer or the manufacturer.
